Palm Aire at Coral Key is located East of US-1 (Federal Highway) in Lighthouse Point which borders Deerfield Beach to the North and Pompano Beach to the South.

The complex has a total of 272 units which are comprised of 1,2 and 3 bedrooms which sit on 18 acres of prime real estate which is an extremely low density population. The buildings are surrounded by 3 canals and the main Intracoastal Waterway. Four stories are the maximum height with the other buildings being 2 stories.

The entire community has just undergone major enhancements to inlcude concrete restoration, new entry doors, new walk ways, new patio surfaces, new screen enclosures, parking lot resurfacing  & painting. For the avid fisherman, it is literally only minutes to the Hillsboro Inlet from the complex. And being this far geographically south, Hillsboro Inlet to the Gulf Stream where the big ones roam is only minutes away as well!
